You agree that the data, namely information from your application documents which you submit to us voluntarily for the purpose of applying for a vacancy in the group of Magora Group GmbH and / or for the purpose of your unsolicited application for a position within the group, such as: personal data (name, date of birth, title, academic degree, language, ...), personal characteristics (gender, hobbies, relevant job advertisement, employment model (full / part time), training, ...), address data (address, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, fax number, ...) as well as tracking data (google analytics, browser type, version and number, operating system, ...) and all data provided by you in the course of the application process (in paper and electronic form) are automatically determined, stored and processed by us.
 
If you submit your application via Facebook, we will also receive your public profile and voluntarily submitted data.
 
The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96 Abs. 3 TKG as well as of Art. 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the EUDATAP. Our concern in the sense of the EUDATAP (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our applications is important to us, the data is pseudonymized.
